Facing the marina and close to the shops, it is also a lively place where you can enjoy walking and letting yourself be carried by the rhythm of L'Anse-Saint-Jean.

About us
Already in love with the beautiful region of the Lower Saguenay, it is during the crossing of the charming village of L'Anse-Saint-Jean that we experienced real love at first sight. As we left route 170 and drove the few kilometers to L'Anse-Saint-Jean, we became impatient and held our breath until we saw the Saguenay Fjord, majestic in its size. L'Anse is like a lung that empties and fills up with the tides, in continuous movement. L'Anse is a breath of fresh air and freedom. Amazed by this breathtaking landscape, we had the irresistible desire to stay. That's when a new life began in this beautiful little village of L'Anse-Saint-Jean.
It was on June 1, 2018 that Chez Montagner opened its doors for the first time as a restaurant. To meet a new reality, we decided to transform this place into a charming lodging establishment. Chez Montagner overlooks the marina. We offer 6 units, all with an exceptional view of the fjord.
We are happy and proud to announce these recent transformations and it is with great pleasure that we invite you to come and discover these warm, peaceful and intimate living spaces, in the heart of the life of L'Anse-Saint-Jean. Perched on the edge of the cove, we wish to share with you the daily pleasure of getting up and going to bed looking out over the Fjord.
